Before the meeting (it can be held at the property, if it is located in the central area) I will ask you to get background and data about the property and learn your needs and dreams. Later, I will examine a number of planning and design solutions for the space, estimate the budget needed for each solution and give you a clear recommendation that will help you make the right decision: what is the right property for you and does the potential justify its purchase.
