A 160 sqm apartment with a 140 sqm. garden
A combination between an apartment in a high store building and a private house with a garden, the idea was to create the sense of a small private house. There is a connection between the inside and the outside while creating a sense of privacy in the garden sitting area and a disconnection from the neighbors at the upper floors. Another solution, a shaded wooden gazebo at the corner of the garden.
